David Minkowski is the Head of Production for Stillking Films in Prague, where he has worked on projects like The Bourne Identity and Casino Royale. The company, founded more than two decades ago, played an early and integral role in attracting large-scale feature film and television productions to the region. Minkowski describes how the increased competition amongst different territories to attract foreign producers has increased the complexities of his job, while also shifting the fortunes of Prague as a production hub.
